16 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Millennium Magazine Featured Listee PRINCIPAL Space Analytics LLC Wauconda, IL The recipient of a diploma in craft design from Musashino Art University, Masoyoshi Miyake has accrued more than 35 years of experience in interior design, in which he has worked on highprofile spaces across the globe in the commercial, hospitality and high-end residential industries. At the inception of his career, he worked as a designer for several hotels, airports and corporations, and consulted on projects for Kominato Railways and Tokyo Disney’s “ToonTown.” Notably, he worked for Kajima Corporation’s Japanese, European and American design divisions, having excelled with the interior design division of ILYA Corporation, a subsidiary of Kajima Group, since 2010. Mr. Miyake has worked on Berlin locations of Mitsukoshi Berlin, London locations of the Hiroshima Bank and Sumitomo Corporation, and Japan Airlines lounges at the John F. Kennedy International Airport and Chicago O’Hare International Airport. His recent work has included Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Hall, Oakwood Suites Yokohama, and renewals of the Hotel Nikko Kochi Asahi Royal, Cruise Asuka II and Shiodome Royal Park Hotel. To attest to his success, he has received four Good Design Awards and several Japan Commercial Design Awards. He is obtaining a patent for a digital design method for carpets. INTERIOR DESIGNER ILYA Corporation, Kajima Group Kamakura-shi, Kanagawa, Japan MASAYOSHI MIYAKE DR. M. GORDON BROWN With an interdisciplinary background, Dr. M. Gordon Brown, principal of Space Analytics LLC since 1989, provides real property owners and attorneys with premier services analyzing architecture, site and urban designs for real estate. The spatial network methods he developed have been applied to main street redevelopment, retail and public space, office and health care workplaces, regenerating Chester, England, architectural design competitions, and disputes about public forum, architectural copyright, eminent domain and premises liability. His scientific, scholarly and critical articles are in economic, architecture, real estate, art and psychology journals in the U.S. and Europe. His book, “Access, Property and American Urban Space,” was published in 2016. Dr. Brown received a BS in communications from the University of Illinois, MBA from The Wharton School, MS in architecture from University College London and DTech in built environments from Ulster University. After a Skidmore, Owings & Merrill management position, he taught at Illinois Institute of Technology, Arizona State University and University of Colorado. He was head of the real estate department at Eindhoven University of Technology.
