ROBERT A. BECKER Supported by a BA fromWashington University at St. Louis in 1972, and an MA and PhD from the University of Rochester in 1975 and 1978, respectively, Dr. Robert A. Becker is a distinguished economics educator who has accrued 45 years’ experience in his field. A professor of economics at Indiana University Bloomington since 1987, he initially joined the university in 1976 as a lecturer, holding the role for two years. From there, he served as an assistant professor and associate professor of economics, as well as chair of the Department of Economics from 1996 to 2002. In 2006, he excelled as the executive associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Throughout his career, Dr. Becker has contributed myriad articles to professional journals, and co-authored the book “Capital Theory of Equilibrium Analysis and Recursive Utility” in 1997. He was also an associate editor of the Econometrica from 1999 to 2005. Impressively, he wrote the seminal article on Ramsey’s Conjecture on Long-Run Steady States of Growth Models, and has developed methods for solving tax-distorted dynamic equilibriummodels and formal linkages between descriptive and optimal growth theories. Desiring to positively influence the lives of others, Dr. Maxine Antoinette Bradshaw pursued the subject of psychology. She matriculated at Howard University, from which she received an MEd, an MBA and a PhD in business and psychology, obtaining the latter in 2004. She joined Pillar College in 2015, where she currently excels as the professor and chair of psychology and counseling in the Division of Traditional Undergraduate Studies. Teaching undergraduate and graduate level students, she serves as the advisor of the college’s Psi Chi International Honors Society. She is a founding member of Winning Women, an Academic Empowerment Advocacy Group for Women. A noted conference speaker, author and peer reviewer for such organizations as the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, the Association of American Colleges and Universities, and the International Consortiumof Educators, Dr. Bradshawwas recognized with the Top 100 Leaders Award in Education and Mental Health in 2020, a Community Leadership Award, and a Faculty of the Year Award, among other accolades. Civically, she is president of the Caribbean Teachers’ Mission and is at the helmof Higher DimensionsMinistries International alongside her husband, Bishop Marvin Bradshaw Sr. MAXINE ANTOINETTE BRADSHAW, PHD
