As such, he attributes his success to his driven, corporate-minded personality and his open-mindedness. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of developing his own clientele and founding his own businesses. His business tagline is, “Packaging solutions that you can trust.” Looking toward the future, Mr. Van Horne intends to double his business lines and maintain his customer base. Likewise, he would also like to find new employees whom he can train and relocate to various places of business. Ultimately, he is looking forward to experiencing the continued growth and success of his career. Prior to founding his own businesses, Steven G. Van Horne worked for an installation and maintenance company. As time progressed, the company hired new employees with the intent on teaching them how to perform the seasoned employees’ jobs. Uncertain about job security and the future of his employment, Mr. Van Horne slowly built up his own customer base, and eventually founded his own business. Exhibiting dual roles in two established companies, he has served as president of Elite Automated Systems, Inc., since 1998 and of Next Level Technical Services, Inc., since 2018. While pursuing his career goals, Mr. Van Horne notably served in the United States Army, beginning in 1983. Upon his discharge from the military in 1994, he was released at the rank of staff sergeant (E-6). Shortly thereafter, he attended DeKalb Technical Institute, from whom he received an associate degree in 1996.
