TURNER Terrance D. Turner is an acclaimed logistics expert with specializations in management, supply chain direction, business forecasting and talent acquisition. Since 2016, he has served as a U.S. government logistics and international logistician for the Eglin Air Force Base, where he has negotiated with U.S. and Saudi Arabian government transportation companies regarding rates and service levels. Previously, he served the Eglin Air Force Base as a P5 foreign military sales logistics manager and contractor and the Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System as an integrated logistics management specialist. Among other roles, he also served the U.S. Department of Defense subsequent to retiring from the Air Force as a master sergeant in 2004. Notably, Mr. Turner established TD Turner Logistics LLC in 2003, remaining as owner until 2015. He draws upon a BA in business logistics management from Ohio Christian University and has been designated as a demonstrated master logistician through the International Society of Logistics Engineers. In 2014 and 2016, he was honored as Logistician at a Quarter. Outside of his primary endeavors, he was a volunteer for Relay for Life and contributes to his local church. Drawing upon a bachelor’s degree in electronic technology from Capitol Technology University in 1965, Andrew N. Winfree excelled in dual career fields, engineering and military service, prior to his retirement. In 1957, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving for 13 years in the Special Forces and in the 101st Airborne Division until departing from the military in 1993. During his military tenure, he received the Outstanding Soldier Award and was twice named Special Forces Man of the Year. Concurrently, Mr. Winfree served Verizon Wireless as a central office engineer from 1976 to 1991. Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Winfree authored the book “Fire It!” and also penned “Footprints of Afro Americans in Alexandria.” He has further authored “We Aim to Learn,” which is currently pending publication. He attributes his success to his perseverance through struggle, as well as his family who always kept his best interests in mind. During his high school years, he notably wrote a paper on George Mason, which and garnered him an accolade from the Daughters of the American Revolution.
