Ms. Witwer lives in Glenview, Illinois. Throughout the course of her decadeslong career, Susan Stewart Witwer has competed as an ITF tennis professional and served as an accomplished flight attendant. She has worked for such airlines over her 50-year career as TWA, Ryan International Airlines and American Airlines. She has also dedicated herself fully to her athleticism. Ms. Witwer maintains affiliation with the United States Tennis Association, the Chicago District Tennis Association and the Women’s International Tennis Federation. As her career has progressed and her skills have improved, Ms. Witwer has earned several accolades and has been recognized extensively for her expertise in tennis. She was highlighted as the first among the Top Midwest Women’s Open Singles Players by the United States Tennis Association, as well as first in the Midwest in Mixed Doubles by the Chicago District Tennis Association and the United States Tennis Association.
