60 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine EDUCATION Since 2013, Judith C. Lovell has excelled as founder and chief executive officer of Crystal Clear Educational Systems. Crystal Clear Educational Systems endeavors to provide customized educational products and services to small businesses and organizations that are looking to grow professionals, as well as to rising entrepreneurs who are seeking successful business ventures. At the inception of her career in 1980, she worked for the MTA New York City Transit, where she served in such fields as statistics and analysis, human resources, labor relations, MetroCard operations, corporate communications and operations support, among other areas. Beginning in 1999, she has also taught business courses at St. Joseph’s College, ASA College and New York University. Drawing upon a BA in urban planning from Brooklyn College, Ms. Lovell also earned a management certificate from the College of New Paltz, a labor relations certificate in contract negotiations from Cornell University, and an MS in public administration from the Metropolitan College of New York. Civically engaged, she has volunteered for the Hale House, raised funds and planned workshops for the International Woode Foundation’s “Miss Africa USA Beauty Pageant,” served as tristate president of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, and served as vice president of education and charter member of “Transmasters,” a chapter of Toastmasters International. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she designed, donated and delivered relief packages to over 100 seniors and individuals with disabilities. Ms. Lovell is a published poet who was appointed a poet-in-residence at St. Philips Church in 1999, and wrote, directed and produced a two-hour play, titled “Moore Than We Bargained For,” which discusses HIV/AIDS. She also published “Papa’s Letters,” a four-part series of love letters sent between her grandparents, which she expanded into the book “Papa’s Letters: Love via First Class Male.” She received the Isaac Liberman Public Service Award, Shakespeare Trophy of Excellence, Exemplary 20 Years of Service Award and Caribbean Impact Award.
