Obtaining his roles with LaunchTeam in 2020 and Boston University in 2016, he assists authors who desire to navigate the rapidly changing realm of publishing. He was the author of the book “The Institute” in 2020, which was a #1 bestseller on Amazon.com. Mr. Sarkisian has published photographs and articles to newspapers and online media outlets, as well as written poetry and other fictional novels. Prior to his current positions, he was an adjunct professor of English at Bunker Hill Community College, the owner of Sam Sark Photo, a discovery programs course director for Thompson Island Outward Bound and a production intern for the Office of the Governor of the State of Massachusetts. Looking forward, Mr. Sarkisian intends to amplify the publishing department at LaunchTeam. Ultimately, he would like to help authors make The New York Times and Wall Street Journal’s bestseller lists. Driven by a lifelong interest in the arts, Phyllis Shipley was afforded opportunities to pursue her passion in adulthood. In 1992, after time in a business career with a major corporation, she opened her first gallery, Phyllis Shipley Fine Art Gallery, where she hosted art shows and traveled to Mexico and France, where she also hosted artist retreats and workshops. Following seven years, she relocated to Florida, where she has excelled as owner of Phyllis Shipley Fine Art. She is represented by and has had her work shown at the Amsterdam Whitney International Fine Art Gallery in New York, Saphira and Ventura International Contemporary Art Gallery of New York, World Art Forum in Cairo, the Museum of Ancient Civilization of Egypt, and the World Trade Center in Dubai, among others. As a testament to her success in fine art, particularly acrylic and watercolor painting, Ms. Shipley was honored as Best in Show during an exhibition in St. Simons Island, Georgia, and has won several French awards.
