Polen has thrived as the vice president of finance and compliance at JPL & Associates LLC in Sarasota, Florida, since 2006. Responsible for nearly all financial endeavors at JPL & Associates, she works in collaboration with the vice president of operations and strategy, as well as devises and implements policies to company with various regulatory frameworks. To this end, Ms. Polen also reports on ongoing changes and alterations to JPL & Associates and their business partners. At the inception of her career, Ms. Polen attended the University of South Florida, from whom she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, with a minor in marketing, from the university’s College of Arts and Sciences in 2004. Alongside this credential, she also is certified in QuickBooks and boasts expertise in several programs, such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office 365, CashPro, Project Matrix-Project Spec and Tungsten Business Transaction Network. Although initially interested in marketing, Ms. Polen found great success with JPL & Associates and decided to move forward within the financial and compliance sectors, for which she has developed a deep appreciation.
