Desiring to foster greater control over contractors in an effort to deliver premier quality and specifications for his own clients, he commenced Commercial Relocation Group, Inc., in 2016, where he serves today as president and owner. Alongside this endeavor, Mr. Stannard is also the owner of the Commercial Relocation Group Office Interiors, Inc., which he began in 2018. Since cultivating his business, he has received numerous accolades, including placement in the list of 50 Fastest-Growing Companies in South Florida in 2020 and among the Top 250 Power Leaders of South Florida in 2021, both by the South Florida Business Journal. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stannard served the Beltmann Relocation Group as a project manager from 2011 to 2012 and again in commercial sales from 2014 to 2016, NAL/Syncreon as a field support specialist from 2012 to 2014, and the Monterey Club as owner from 2010 to 2012. A former operations manager for what was then known as The Beltmann Group from 2009 to 2011, he began his career in 1994 as the owner of Stannard Movers, Inc., where he remained until 2009. Outside of his primary ventures, Mr. Stannard has dedicated his business to a variety of nonprofit organizations. For several years, he has supplied furniture to more than 30 nonprofits and schools within South Florida and Tampa. He emphasizes that his success can be attributed to the relationships he has built over the years, as his satisfied customers have brought in additional customers through word-of-mouth referrals. Additionally, Mr. Stannard is grateful for the support of his wife, Melissa, who works tirelessly to ensure the business runs smoothly. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stannard intends to continue building the brand of Commercial Relocation Group and expand the business to cover the entire nation. He is slowly transitioning the company to become a woman-owned establishment with the direction of his wife.
