Uresti received a Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition before immigrating to the United States at the age of 23. Desiring to work in the food industry, she worked in various restaurants for more than 20 years, during which time she notably escalated through the ranks to management-level positions. A goal-oriented and driven individual, she sought the American Dream and thoroughly enjoyed working with the culinary arts, serving food to satisfied customers and helping others on a daily basis. Although she faced discrimination due to her status as an immigrant, Ms. Uresti persisted in her goals of becoming a businesswoman. After serving in the restaurant industry, Ms. Uresti established her own businesses in 2012. She currently excels as the owner and founder of Better Style Solutions and Better Style Homes LLC.
