Inspired largely by her father, who was also a physician, she witnessed how fulfilling the profession was and, therefore, sought to delve into the industry herself. Receiving an MD from Sarojini Naidu Medical College in India in 1981, she completed her residency in medicine at Wright State University in 1987 before immersing herself into her professional career. Dr. Mital is certified in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds medical licenses in the State of Ohio. For more than 35 years, Dr. Mital has excelled as an internist with Chetna Mital, MD, LLC. With two locations in Hamilton, Ohio, Chetna Mital, MD, LLC, endeavors to provide premier care to adults for a variety of diseases, including those of the cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, urinary tract and endocrine systems. Additionally, Dr. Mital encourages her patients to not only seek medical care for acute problems, but also complete routine physical examinations for the early diagnosis and treatment of potential health problems.
