LYONS Since 1995, Bill J. Lyons has excelled as the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Lyons HR, LLC. Drawing upon more than 30 years of expertise in construction and project management, William T. Powell has excelled as the president and chief executive officer of William Powell, LLC, since 2019. Operating out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Mr. Powell leads his eponymously named business in providing premier consulting services for commercial and industrial projects. Likewise, he has concurrently served as an owners’ representative with the Beacon Consulting Group, LLC, where he is responsible for construction management, project assignments and design reviews, among other services. Earlier in his career, he served such corporations as Kirlin Builders LLC, Stanley Jones Corporation, Hays Corporation and Rock City Mechanical, Inc. Holding an associate degree in mechanical engineering from TriCounty Technical College, Mr. Powell has collaborated with the Naval Facilities Engineering Commandwith the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He holds certifications and licenses in equipment instructor training, construction quality management, hazard communication, global harmonization safety and operation security awareness.
