Grose Jr. first served as a general manager and vice president of Carl Zeiss Vision for 17 years between 1990 and 2007. Shortly after departing from his executive-level roles, he began as the owner of PuroClean Property Restoration, which he maintained until 2011. During his tenure, he was invited to learn scuba diving, which he gracefully accepted. As he always exhibited a business-oriented nature, Mr. Grose then desired to open his own business in the scuba diving industry. He became certified as a master scuba diver trainer by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors shortly thereafter. Since 2011, Mr. Grose has excelled as an open water scuba diving instructor for Rob’s Scuba and, since 2015, has been the president and chief executive officer of Lake Phoenix Scuba Park. Congruent to these roles, he has also thrived as the president and chief executive officer of the RRG Group LLC in Richmond, Virginia. A flourishing entrepreneur, he has maintained affiliation with the Dinwiddie-Brunswick and Blackstone Chambers of Commerce, the latter of which he has served on their board of directors. Although his career has been suffused with highlights, Mr. Grose has been especially proud of becoming a business executive before the age of 40, as well as establishing his own business prior to the age of 40. As a testament to his success, he was featured in Diver Magazine through the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, as well as interviewed by Channel 6 (WTVR-TV). Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Grose is a life member of the 32nd degree Shriners and a master Mason. Looking toward the future, he intends to open an additional quarry outside of Manassas, Virginia. Likewise, he would like to travel more extensively, including to Bonaire, a tropical island next to Aruba.
