Bryan, TX MANAGING PARTNER DMA Economics LLC Cortlandt Manor, NY DEBBIE HOLLADAY Debbie Holladay began her finance career in 1987 when she joined H&R Block as an apprentice. Steadily rising through the ranks throughout her tenure with the company to instructor, supervisor and senior tax advisor, she remained with H&R Block until 2006. Subsequently, she served as a tax accountant with Seidel, Schroeder & Co. from 2006 to 2009 and a partner and tax professional with B-CS Tax Group, Inc., from 2009 to 2015. During this time, Ms. Holladay desired to branch out and establish her own business. Therefore, since 2015, she has excelled as the founder and chief executive officer of Holladay & Associates, Inc. Ms. Holladay is a registered tax return preparer through the IRS, as well as a notary public in the State of Texas. In light of her achievements, she was named Best Accountant/Tax Professional by the Eagle’s Readers’ Choice Awards and earned the Global CEO Excellence Award from CEO Monthly Magazine, both in 2020. Additionally, she was named among the Top 10 Businesswomen by the American Business Women Association in 2020. Since 2011, she has served as an ambassador to the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. Since 2015, Dr. Don Oz May has excelled as a managing partner at DMA Economics LLC, through which he has leveraged over 30 years of experience in consulting and litigation support to provide calculations of the valuation of damages in intellectual property theft, consumer product mislabeling and securities fraud. To date, he has performed valuations for over 200 businesses and has also been an expert witness for several multi-million-dollar lawsuits. Alongside this endeavor, Dr. May is an editorial board member of the Journal of Business Valuation and Economic Loss Analysis. Dr. May holds a BSBA in accounting and finance from Roosevelt University, and anMBA in finance and econometrics and PhD in economics, finance and statistics, both from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to obtaining his current role, he served as managing director of Berkeley ResearchGroup LLC and principal-in-charge of valuation and litigation support at Grassi & Co. Previous vocational endeavors include appointments at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP, Experts-on-Experts, NERA Economic Consulting, Peripheral Vision LLC, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Galt Corporation.
