Prior to his current endeavor, he served such universities as the University of Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis as a lecturer, as well as flourished as the chief executive officer of The Intellico Group from 2004 to 2005. Likewise, he was president of STS International LLC from 2002 to 2006, and further served as an instructor of global violence and operational environment for the U.S. Army Military Intelligence School. Throughout his career, Dr. Ryan has lent his considerable expertise to the UN Security Council Committee on Francophone Africa as a statistician and exhibit coordinator, the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq as principal advisor, and the National Council for Emergency Management and Homeland Security as co-founder. Impressively, he thrice addressed the World Terror Conference regarding counterterrorism and intelligence, as well as the Counter-Terror Expo in London on international counter-terror intelligence policy coordination. He also found success as a consultant for The Discovery Channel and Investigation Discovery television networks. Supported by a BS in criminal justice management from Tarkio College, MA in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Missouri, and MA in international affairs and PhD in interdisciplinary studies in political science from Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Ryan is affiliated with the University of Oxford Round Table in Criminal Law and Justice, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences and American Bar Association. Civically, he is a supporter of the Los Angeles Opera and Metropolitan Opera. Dr. Ryan is especially proud of covering trials as a writer, including such cases as Casey Anthony and Amanda Knox. Drawing upon decades of expertise in criminology, political science and law, Dr. Kenneth Ryan has excelled as an associate professor of law, policy, management and international criminal justice at California State University, Fresno since 2012.
