Her salon also has several Five-Star reviews on Yelp since 2017. She attributes her success to her excellent customer care, her detailed work and her ability to listen closely to her clients to establish a foundation of trust. Ms. Phung intends to experience the continued success of Touch of Beauty, as well as expand her business network. She would like to hire more outstanding makeup artists. Outside of her primary endeavors, she performs procedures for cancer patients and clients with alopecia and is a sponsor for women’s and children’s organizations. Since 2006, Jennifer N. Phung has thrived as the owner of Touch of Beauty, Inc., in which she serves as a prominent and talented lash artist and permanent makeup artist. Drawing upon extensive coursework and certifications in cosmetics and beauty applications, she graduated from the Effortless Beauty School of Permanent Cosmetics and Tattooing, as well as completed the Xtreme Lashes advanced training and certification process. Additionally, Ms. Phung completed advanced Hairstroke and eyebrow training classes through the MyBrows Permanent Makeup Academy and, in 2018, completed the Sviatoslav Otchenash Master Class for Brows, Lips, Softliner and Stardust Techniques. Earlier in her career, Ms. Phung received a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2001. Initially intending on working in a research laboratory or becoming a physician, she discovered that she desired to apply her artistic talents and medical background to a more customer-orientedprofession.
