Prior to establishing his business, Mr. Zorc served as a staff auditor for BDO Seidman LLP from 1996 to 1998, a division controller for Amway Capital Group from 1998 to 2000 and an international finance manager for Herman Miller from 2000 to 2003. For the following two years, he served as a controller for Accelera Romar before becoming a solutions architect for ERP systems for SSI Consulting from 2005 to 2008. While working for SSI Consulting, Mr. Zorc discovered that the traditional accounting systems to which he and his colleagues were accustomed were archaic and inflexible. From this understanding, he postulated that a successful accounting technology solution should be seamless and flexible, one in which organizations could leverage to build data structures to fit their unique needs. Mr. Zorc holds a BA in accounting from Hope College, which he obtained in 1996, and was certified as a certified public accountant by the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
