Since obtaining his roles, the business has grown 43% under his leadership. Drawing upon extensive education in business management and banking, he is an alumnus of the Graduate Banking School at Louisiana State University. During his studies, he completed a simulation project in which he and his team broke a longstanding record for the most profitable simulation bank at the graduate school. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in agricultural business and management from Arizona State University. Mr. Koller previously served Farm Credit Bank of Texas as vice president and unit manager of association direct lending from 2017 to 2018 and relationship manager vice president from 2009 to 2017. Outside of his primary endeavors, he supports the local therapeutic horseback riding facility in Cullman, Alabama. Mr. Koller has maintained affiliation on the boards of the Coleman County Chamber of Commerce and the Agribusiness Council of Alabama. PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Alabama Farm Credit Cullman, AL Drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois in 1975, Ray F. Laughlin has enjoyed nearly 40 years in information technology, finance and marketing. Beginning in 1976, he served in the areas of machine and parts pricing, as well as in the Machine Order Division and Corporate Information Systems in corporate treasury. From 2001 until his retirement in 2014, he was a senior marketing consultant in the North America Commercial Division at Caterpillar, Inc., where he worked with dealers on machine ordering issues, authorized product distribution center orders according to customer demand, and developed web-based ordering and pricing systems, among other responsibilities. Although his career has been suffused with highlights, Mr. Laughlin is especially proud to have been a member of a multidisciplinary team that developed a global machine price plan, which continues to be utilized to the present day. He attributes his immense success to his attention to detail, his strong organizational skills, and his astute writing and communication skills.
