Penny excelled for 40 years as a first through third grade teacher at the District 60 Waukegan Public Schools in Illinois, through which she notably taught language arts and communications. Hailing fromWaukegan, Illinois, herself, Ms. Penny was humbled by the opportunity to serve her community of which she had participated for much of her life. She draws upon a formative love of learning and desire to become an educator. Upon her retirement, she earned the National Education Award in 2000. Ms. Penny holds a BS in education from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree from National Louis University. Outside of her primary educational endeavors, she has served the Waukegan Uptown Lions Club for many years, having been a former president, as well as the District 1F governor for Lions Club International from 2013 to 2014. She has also been a member of the National Education Association and Illinois Teachers Union. Looking forward, Ms. Penny intends to continue excelling with the Waukegan Uptown Lions Club, serve as a mentor to younger members and enjoy her well-deserved retirement. ELEMENTARY TEACHER (RETIRED) District 60 Waukegan Public Schools Beach Park, IL Dr. Ferenc Sebök is noteworthy for his expertise in the fine arts, psychology, academia and music, through which he has accrued over 40 years of experience in his fields. Since 2008, he has excelled as a lecturer at the Belgian Chamber of Accountants and Chartered Accountants, having also lent his considerable expertise as a consultant and profile analyst for testing in schools and other professional environments. He is renowned as a trainer for EMEC, where he hosts and partakes in seminars regarding communication, conflict management and stress management, and was an assistant professor of pedagogy and social sciences at CFEL. Holding a bachelor’s degree in speech therapy, two master’s degrees in labor sciences and psychopedagogy, and a doctorate in educational psychology, Dr. Sebök also holds a master’s degree in fine arts. He possesses 35 accolades for his endeavors throughout Europe and was highlighted at the Art Expo Gallery Gran Premio Montecarlo. He authored “What is Business Training Engineering,” “Knowledge Management and Lifelong Learning” and “Conflict Management: Introduction to the World of the Cities.” In 2021, he received an honorary DHL from Open University.
