18 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Drawing uponmore than three decades of experience in real estate, Ed David Mendence currently excels as partner and director of occupier services for Bespoke Real Estate Advisors, Inc. Situated in his roles since 2019, he previously served a number of other real estate firms in leadership positions, including as a real estate advisor and advocate of occupiers for Transwestern from 2016 to 2018 and as a commercial real estate agent for Sperry Van Ness from 2008 to 2016. Earlier in his career, he was the senior vice president, commercial real estate agent and industrial real estate advocate for Colliers International between 1988 and 2008. During this time, he also served as an agent for Milpitas City Economic Development Partnerships for 22 years. To prepare for his career, Mr. Mendence pursued a formal education at Bellarmine College Preparatory, from which he attained a high school diploma and completed undergraduate coursework. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Santa Clara University. Mr. Mendence is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) since 2009 and has been a licensed commercial real estate agent in the State of California since the early 1980s. Additionally, he has been certified by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 1996. Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Mendence maintains affiliation with numerous local charities and initiatives, such as an executive committee member for the Mayor’s Gang Prevention Task Force in the City of San Jose, California, and a committee member for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group from 2004 to 2007. Furthermore, he sat on the board of directors for Colliers International and was a member of various Christian Evangelism and advocacy organizations throughout the nation and abroad. Mr. Mendence attributes his success to his diligence, creativity and innovation, as well as his passion for serving his clientele in the community in which he lives. Looking toward the future, he intends to continue providing premier services to his clients and expand his network. Moreover, he would like to become a terrific role model to his future grandchildren.
