Drawing upon coursework in professional sales at Kennesaw State University and Cardone University, Alex Leveto ultimately decided to pursue the field of real estate and became a licensed real estate agent. Influenced by his family as a fourth-generation commercial real estate agent, he has excelled as the chief operating officer of Realty Companies and its subsidiary brokerages since 2021, having helped rebrand the company with his wife Ansley from a single brokerage, Realty Atlanta, to Realty Companies in 2020. His father, Shawn Leveto, formerly founded Realty Atlanta in 1986. Since its rebranding, Realty Companies has grown from eight professionals to 30 professionals in 2021 alone. Alongside this path, Mr. Leveto founded Leveto Properties in 2019, through which he invests in apartment complexes and mobile home parks.
