His grandfather, a German immigrant, relocated to the United States and established a residential store in Salt Lake City. Decades later, Mr. Seiter’s father also entered the field, working with various architects and designers beginning in the 1960s. Since 1980, Mr. Seiter has taken the family torch and has excelled as the owner and president of Sun Country Floors, Inc., in Mesa, Arizona. Attributing his success to his honesty and integrity, Mr. Seiter holds a business license and commercial license in the State of Arizona. To remain abreast of changes in the field, he maintains membership with Starnet, as well as the Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA). Looking toward the future of his business, Mr. Seiter intends to pass down his legacy to one of his employees so they can continue the company. Additionally, he would like to serve as a consultant. Mesa, AZ Drawing upon a diploma in architectural and civil design from the Porter & Chester Institute, Scott M. Tearman excels as the owner and president of Armor Shield Companies, Inc. Established in 2001, Armor Shield Companies is a premier roofing and construction business serving the State of Connecticut and headed by Mr. Tearman, who possesses more than 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Previously working with both residential and commercial properties, Mr. Tearman is trained and certified in such areas as building design, roof inspection and insurance claims. Additionally, he is a licensed insurance producer in Connecticut. Outside of his primary involvement with Armor Shield Companies, Mr. Tearman is a member of the Elks Club, the Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce and the American Roofing Association, as well as a former member of the Lions Club. Impressively, he and Armor Shield Companies have provided sponsorships for various civic endeavors, including for animal rescue groups, golf tournaments and baseball leagues. Mr. Tearman was honored with the Top Performers Award fromOwens Corning in 2020 for his success in the field. Looking forward, he intends to become a manifestation coach.
