As the head of the company, Mr. Rodriguez oversees all daily business operations, networks with real estate owners and manages relationships with their largest clients. He previously began his career as a cleaner at the World Trade Center in 1988, rising to the position of cleaning and janitorial supervisor prior to leaving in 1995. Adjacent to his primary vocational duties, Mr. Rodriguez has also remained dedicated to civic advocacy. To this end, he participates as a board member of The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, the Diabetes Research Institute, and Big Brother Big Sisters of New York City. Furthermore, he actively volunteers with Nontraditional Employment for Women and St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters. Under the Alliance banner, Mr. Rodriguez has also led several community initiatives, including the “Swing for a Cure” Golf Classic, which has raised funds for The Herophilos Fund for Pancreatic Cancer Research at the Columbia University Medical Center for over a decade. Well-regarded for his accomplishments, Mr. Rodriguez has been honored with several accolades, including the Los Niños Image Award for Business from The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families in 2010. He was also named among Crain’s 40 Most Dynamic Business People Under Age 40 in New York City in 2008. In February 2023, Alliance Maintenance was granted the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification. Attributing his success to his dedicated work ethic, he is especially proud to have provided his company’s services to Yankee Stadium and Citi Field. Mr. Rodriguez also offers a great deal of gratitude to his mentors who have guided him throughout his career. With over three decades of experience to his credit, Michael A.
