Among her myriad achievements, Ms. Roth is especially proud of bringing 400 new jobs to the City of Plymouth through their establishment of the new Ford Bronco facility directly prior to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also humbled by all the other properties they have bought, built, managed and developed over the years. Driven by the motto “Work smarter, not harder,” Ms. Roth maintains membership with Temple Israel Sisterhood and the Detroit Crime Commission. She has also been a volunteer with the Friendship Circle of Michigan in West Bloomfield since 2011 and sits on the board of The House Tour, an annual charity fundraiser that her mother-in-law founded over 27 years ago. In her spare time, Ms. Roth enjoys spending time with family, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, slide fishing, snowboarding, wakeboarding and racecar driving. She is married with four stepchildren. While studying toward her undergraduate degree, Renée Marie Roth worked in the human resources department of Louis Padnos Iron & Metal Company in Western Michigan. While there, to supplement her education, she learned about policies, procedures and the hiring process. In 2008, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in health professions, and a minor in psychology, from Grand Valley State University. Subsequently, Ms. Roth worked for a small business and, in light of her aptitude for management, she took the helm of responsibilities for the entire office. Prior to attaining her current role, she garnered expertise in leadership, office management, problem-solving and organization. Since 2015, Ms. Roth has excelled with Hillside Investments in Novi, Michigan, where she has served as the director of administration, treasury management, information technology and human resources.
