With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Ms. Mano commenced her career with IBM in 1993, where she served as the coordinator of the Nagano Olympic Committee for five years. Remaining with IBM Asia Pacific between 1998 and 2003, she served as a manager of event marketing and marketing manager of global services. Subsequently, she became the director of marketing and communications for Electronic Data Systems in 2003 and head of corporate communications for Fidelity Investments Japan in 2005.
