392 MILLENNIUM-SECOND EDITION C L Wales is a dedicated construction management professional who has been serving her industry for more than two decades. Boasting extensive experience in leading all facets of multimillion-dollar initiatives for architectural and construction businesses, she has worked on myriad projects, including both residential and commercial properties. Attributing her success to her persistence, diligence and attention to detail, she consistently offers premium services that are routinely on time and within budget. Since 2016, Ms. Wales has served as the assistant project manager for TX-Morrow Construction, Inc., where she assists the project managers in multiple wrap and garden-style projects, reviews and processes submittals, meets with the design team to coordinate activities, and coordinates with architects and consultants regarding plan discrepancies and construction delays. Prior to this appointment, she served in the same capacity for Alta General Contractors, Inc., for one year and Stanford Construction, Inc., for an additional year. For three years prior, she was an independent project manager with C L Wales Project Management and oversaw large home renovation projects for the elderly. Her past career experience also includes various roles with Fort Hood Family Housing and Actus Lend Lease Development. C L WALES ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER TX-Morrow Construction, Inc. Montgomery, TX Ms. Wales pursued formal education at Texas A&M University, where she received a BA in Environmental Design, for architectural design and construction in 1978. A former associate member and treasurer of the American Institute of Architects, she has maintained affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women. To prepare for her career, Equally passionate about her community, Ms. Wales has participated in numerous civic endeavors, including her involvement with the East Texas Dream Center, where she served Thanksgiving dinner to the less fortunate in 2013. She also cares deeply about animal welfare, arts and culture, and economic empowerment. However, the most gratifying experience of her career was working for a city community development project in College Station, Texas, in the 1980s, when she and her team assisted people living in poverty to obtain indoor plumbing, running water, heating, and renovations at no cost to them.
