A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 393 T imothy Blake Walker has used his litigation expertise to aide those in need of legal services. Mr. Walker graduated from Princeton University in 1962 with a Bachelor of Arts and spoke several languages. During this time, he was planning to pursue a career in diplomatic service but instead chose international business, which he remained in for a while. After graduating from college, he realized that he would rather join the legal field, subsequently earning a Juris Doctor and Master of Arts in sociology from the University of Denver. With the knowledge he acquired, he began teaching students as an assistant professor of law at the University of the Pacific. He continued to advance with teaching positions at the University of Toledo, the Indianapolis Law School at Indiana University, and the University of Denver. He officially retired from the University of Denver law school in 1993 and received emeritus status, though he continues to teach one course per semester there. While teaching law school, Mr. Walker opened a private practice in Denver, which he ran from 1972 to 1979. Two years later he became of counsel with Robert T. Hinds, Junior & Associates PC. He was partner and of counsel with Cox, Mustain-Wood, Walker & Schumacher from 1985 to 2010. Since 2014 he has been a principal of Walker, Wright & Associates, where he remains dedicated and hardworking. Aside from practicing law, Mr. Walker is a consultant and lecturer in field research on lay representation in administrative agencies. He had the opportunity to serve with the American Bar Association from the very beginning of his career, which has been extremely gratifying and rewarding. Looking to the future, Mr. Walker hopes to achieve continued professional growth and possibly cut down a little on his practice. TIMOTHY BLAKE WALKER LAWYER, EDUCATOR Centennial, CO
