Looking to the future, she endeavors to create a safe environment in which to work while also providing excellent service to her clients and simultaneously enjoying mutually beneficial relationships with them. She believes that her clients will benefit from her services as she continues to enhance her skill set over the years. Despite her many years in leadership positions at various companies and her prominence in the engineering industry, Ms. Coffey knows that results cannot be achieved solely on one’s own. She attributes her progression to having effective mentors and receiving a good education, as well as having the opportunity and confidence to take on challenges while working hard to achieve her goals. She also recognizes that the majority of her success has to do with working on great teams. In 2007, Total E&P recognized her for instituting thriving initiatives as a project manager and lead process engineer at the Jocelyn Creek facility by bestowing her with the Environmental Award. Ms. Coffey is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. She also supports various cancer foundations and the Alberta Children’s Hospital. In her leisure time, she enjoys being with her children and doing yoga and Pilates.
