A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 25 Managers Association, The National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues, the New York City Bar Association, the Council on Litigation Management, the Defense Research Institute, and the American Bar Association. He also manages Wilson Elser’s national attorney training program and is chair of the firm’s attorney education and development committee. In the coming years, Mr. Pernicone would like to witness continued growth and success for the firm with more focus on emerging areas such as energy, climate change and hydraulic fracturing. Even outside his work as an attorney, Mr. Pernicone enjoys helping people whenever he can. He and his wife are active in a number of charities in their local community and parish, as they like to think of themselves as devout practitioners of their faith. In his free time, Mr. Pernicone enjoys golfing, snow-skiing, hiking and doing background acting.
