280 MILLENNIUM-SECOND EDITION M ichael A. O’Hara has been advising and representing clients for more than two decades. The high school Mr. O’ Hara attended prepared him for college, but there were only three professions he truly thought would allow him to make a lasting impact upon his community: clergyman, doctor and lawyer. After careful consideration, he decided that law was the path upon which he would embark. Since 2000, he has built a stellar reputation by handling cases involving criminal, divorce, child support, and custody and estate law. Prior to establishing his own firm, he served as an attorney for O’Connor, Acciani & Levy from 1996 to 1999. Mr. O’Hara earned a Bachelor of Science in history and psychology from Thomas More College in 1989 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1993. He subsequently gained admittance to the Ohio State Bar and the Kentucky Bar. Since beginning his legal career, he has been licensed to practice in federal court, become a diplomate of the mediator training program at the Mediation Center of Kentucky, and been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Kentucky Justice Association. Mr. O’Hara attributes his success to his ability to identify with his clients’ concerns and help them determine appropriate courses of action. By building rapport and forming close relationships with clients, he ensures that his commitment to providing excellent service remains intact. Mr. O’Hara intends to write a book about establishing, using and rebuilding trust in the near future. MICHAEL A. O’HARA ATTORNEY, COUNSELOR-AT-LAW Michael A.
