A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 289 A s an avid supporter of education, Deborah Denslow Partenheimer taught elementary students for 41 years as a teacher for the Board of Education in Willingboro, New Jersey. In addition to her tireless efforts in the classroom, Ms. Partenheimer served as a union representative for the Burlington County Education Association, a member of the task force for reorganization for the Morrisville School District, and an educational advisor for the National Constitution Center, a position she has held since 2002. Ms. Partenheimer has been active in civic and political matters within her community, including serving as an assistant secretary, treasurer, chairman and member of the Morrisville Municipal Authority and borough chairman of the American Cancer Society. She was also a member and secretary of the board directors of the Morrisville Free Library and even served as committeewoman for the Morrisville Republican Committee in Pennsylvania. Her professional affiliations include the National Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association, the Willingboro Education Association, Parents Without Partners, the Bucks County Association of Township Officials, and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association. Ms. Partenheimer’s hard work and dedication earned her features in several editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Education, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in educational administration from Gwynedd Mercy University, formerly known as Gwynedd Mercy College, as well as a Master of Arts from Marygrove College in 2000.
