As a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator, Mrs. Sparks has taken several cases in which an individual was discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, disability or age and strived to ensure that justice was served each time. In her signature no-nonsense style, she has delivered expert testimony in local, state and federal courts, including Oklahoma District Courts and U.S. District Courts in the states of Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois and New Jersey. Throughout her career, Mrs. Sparks has been highly regarded by clients, colleagues and industry peers alike for her skill in translating complex financial concepts not easily comprehended by common people. In recognition of her many accomplishments and abilities, she was elected president of the Oklahoma City chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners and served in that role for seven years. Mrs. Sparks is also the recipient of a citation from the Oklahoma House of Representatives recognizing her efforts collaborating with law enforcement and statewide Certified Fraud Examiners in raising funds for a slain Oklahoma Highway Patrol officer’s wife and small children. Mrs. Sparks was nominated as the Oklahoma 1999 Journal Record Woman of the Year. Other honors include selection as the 2008 Cambridge Who’s Who Professional of the Year representing the fraud industry, selection for Worldwide Who’s Who 2013 Top Female Executives, distinction as the 2014 Professional of the Year representing the fraud industry, and induction as Worldwide Who’s Who 2016-2017 Professional of the Year. In 2018, she was also recognized among Who’s Who of Professional Women and received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
