36 MILLENNIUM-SECOND EDITION A s the first person in his family to graduate from college, David Allen knew he wanted to become a lawyer by the time he had entered the eighth grade. From that point forward, he worked diligently to turn his dreams into reality. Mr. Allen attended the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California, where he ultimately received a JD in 1978. Since then, he has been admitted to practice in Nevada and California and completed postgraduate studies through Harvard Law School. Known for his experience in the field of advertising law, Mr. Allen takes great pride in his ability to assist in formulating messages to consumers, allowing them to make informed decisions regarding legal services. His passion, however, is to utilize his many decades of knowledge to assist injured and disabled individuals. As a managing partner with David Allen & Associates, Mr. Allen is equipped to handle a wide range of cases involving Social Security disability, long-term disability, personal injury and medical malpractice, which includes providing top-notch representation in the event of hearings, claims and appeals. He attributes his ongoing professional success to his tenacity, endurance and commitment to forging the best path forward.
