A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 117 W ith a strong background in both engineering and law, Peter Dulchinos is uniquely positioned to provide assistance in situations where these two disciplines intersect. For more than two decades, Mr. Dulchinos worked as a patent engineer and intellectual property attorney for the Raytheon Company, an established technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. Acting as a bridge between worlds, Mr. Dulchinos maintained responsibility for the protection of intellectual property for the company’s northeast operations. He was heavily involved with several committees related to the ongoing processes of invention, documentation and publication prior to his retirement from this role in 2006. In recent years, Mr. Dulchinos served as a court-appointed receiver for a mobile home park in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. In this position, he was tasked with overseeing the complete installation of water and sewer systems to correct an environmental violation by the owner. Though he is semi-retired, Mr. Dulchinos continues to work toward improving the park’s condition with the ultimate aim of preparing it to be sold, thereby ending the receivership. Until then, he will retain all responsibility for collecting rent and paying bills associated with the operation of the park. Looking back on his younger years, Mr. Dulchinos recalls being encouraged by his family to pursue a career in engineering at an early age. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in electrical engineering. Following two successful decades in the field, Mr. Dulchinos began attending night classes at Suffolk University, ultimately completing a JD in 1984. Since then, he has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts, as well as before several district and federal courts. For a brief period in the 1960s, Mr. Dulchinos enjoyed working as a part-time broker selling mutual funds and stocks as a registered NASD representative. However, he ultimately chose to withdraw from this role due to the growing demands of his full-time occupation. PETER DULCHINOS, ESQ. LAWYER Chelmsford, MA
