A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 143 S ally Gallot-Reeves is an extraordinary individual who sees meaningful connections in everything she does. A mentor, nurse, leader and author with decades of service to humanity, she enjoys sharing what she has learned about life in an ongoing effort to help others navigate their own personal journeys. Ms. Gallot-Reeves holds both a Bachelor of Arts in behavioral studies and a Master of Arts in management, in addition to her training as a registered nurse, which has allowed her to build a thriving consultancy that provides project management and facilitation for the health care and nonprofit sectors. Over the years, she has also become certified in project management and change management, yet she believes her greatest strength can be found in her desire to work with teams and find effective solutions, regardless of the task at hand. When she isn’t busy overseeing all business operations and meeting with clients, Ms. Gallot-Reeves spends her time gardening and building sanctuary spaces and habitats for birds and wildlife. In recent years, Ms. Gallot-Reeves has graciously shared the experiential lessons she has learned in life as the author of “Between Shifts,” a collection of vignettes in poetry written over a 30-year period of time. She hopes to continue publishing books and delivering speeches to those interested in her message. Ms. Gallot-Reeves also manages her own website, Soul Garden Pathway, which explores and promotes the importance of planting positive seeds and nurturing them toward the ultimate goal of discovering one’s true life purpose. She aims to guide visitors down a beautiful and bountiful pathway through inspirational teachings and daily reflections of the mind, body and spirit. Similarly, her public speaking engagements have focused on how to create one’s own sanctuary. Above all else, Ms. Gallot-Reeves is always striving to make a difference in the world, but this can only be done with the help of active and engaged teammates. To this end, she intends to continue mentoring others to help them achieve success in their own personal and professional lives.
