152 MILLENNIUM-SECOND EDITION D ely Po Go has amassed over four decades of experience in the nursing field. To prepare for her career, Dr. Go earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Silliman University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairleigh Dickinson University. A hard worker and dedicated leader, she serves as the president and owner of Nursing Network, LLC, in Clifton, New Jersey. In her position, she has developed and implemented business plans, negotiated and obtained contracts, and hired and trained all nursing staff. Prior to this role she was the chief executive officer and founder of AVTECH Institute, the chief executive officer and founder of Allied Health, and a faculty member at William Paterson University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she was also an advisor in the Henry P. Becton School of Nursing and Allied Health. Aside from providing care to patients and training future nurses, she volunteered for Healing the Children for 19 years. She has received many awards and accolades for her contributions to the field, including the Nurse Recognition Award from the New Jersey League for Nursing, the Empowerment Award from Philippine Fiesta USA, and the Outstanding Alumni Award from Silliman University. She also received the Woman of Peace Award from the Women’s Federation for World Peace International, was named one of New Jersey’s 50 Best Women in Business by NJBIZ, and was nominated for the DAISY Award for Outstanding Nursing Faculty by William Paterson University in 2015 and 2016. Dr. Go lives by the philosophy that much is expected of those to whom much is given. She has dedicated her life to assistant people ascend their career ladder to a better life.
