A Marquis Who's Who Magazine 191 R enowned for his expertise in agriculture, toxic waste remediation and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy, Dr. William R. Jackson has nearly seven decades of industry experience. As a prominent consultant in his field, he has served as co-founder and board chairman of Environmental Care & Share, Inc., since 2001, as well as the president of Jackson International, Inc., and Jackson Brothers Industries since 1984. In previous years, Dr. Jackson held various leadership and academic roles as a teacher in psychology, the humanities, economics, speech and art, and he was also the owner and operator of a janitorial service in 1950. Dr. Jackson initially trained to become a minister. However, upon being turned down from the position, he discovered that he desired to help provide safe, nontoxic and nonhazardous environments for all creatures as an entrepreneur. Attributing his success to his profound compassion for humanity, he has dedicated his life to manufacturing abundant, healthy nourishment for all. Dr. Jackson holds 30 different formulas, patents and trademarks in the industry, and he remarkably developed a means to triple-distill water without the use of heat based on vibrations. A highly educated professional, Dr. Jackson holds a BA in secondary education and ScD from Northwest Nazarene University, an MA in secondary education administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and an MEd and PhD in higher education administration and research from the University of Denver. He has since become certified in toxic waste remediation and hyperbaric oxygenation medicine. For nearly three decades, Dr. Jackson has served as a research consultant with the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society, which previously honored him with an accolade. A grantee of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, and the San Diego Center for Hyperbaric Therapy, he has written more than 10 books on research projects including hyperbaric oxygenation medicine and won the First Place National Self-Publishing Award from Writer’s Digest in 1993. He has also been highlighted in multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare, and Who’s Who in the World. WILLIAM R.
