De Nicola has expertise in all areas of corporate tax, having been the director of taxes for Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation since 2009. He has held numerous leadership positions with Fujifilm since 1991 and previously worked for Siemens AG, AI International Corporation, Emery Air Freight Corporation, General Signal Corporation, Main Hurdman and P.F. De Nicola, Inc. The recipient of a BS and MBA from New York University, Mr. De Nicola has written journal articles and chapters in books. In an effort to remain abreast of recent developments within the finance industry, he has served as president of the Stamford Tax Association since 2012, and the director and treasurer of Financial Executives International since 2016 and 2017, respectively. He received the Ferdinand W. PETER F. DE NICOLA C haracterized by her flexibility and desire to help others, J. Nan Davis has enjoyed a varied career in the health care industry. Her very first exposure to the field was through her aunt, who worked as a nurse and was also her high school teacher. Choosing to follow in her footsteps, Ms. Davis graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with an associate degree in nursing in 1978. Less than a decade after launching a successful career as a medical professional, she was hired as a nurse coordinator by the Student Health and Wellness Center at the same university where she completed formal training. Ms. Davis then joined Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC, as a project manager and clinical research associate in 1988 before assuming the role of compliance director of global quality and assurance in 2017. By that time, she had been serving as a quality assurance manager for 25 years. Reflecting on her longstanding career, Ms. Davis has always been grateful for the assistance she has received from her many mentors. She hopes to pay that kindness forward by providing guidance to younger professionals in the coming years.
