274 MILLENNIUM-SECOND EDITION C elebrating a career in the legal industry exceeding 40 years, Michael Lee Nemec is a prominent attorney who has been practicing with Hall, Estill, Hardwick, Gable, Golden & Nelson, PC, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since 1989. First hired as an associate, he ascended the ranks to become shareholder in 1993 and counsel in 2015, a role he maintains today. In addition to real estate, his other practice areas include asset protection planning, estate planning and post- death administration, guardianships, tax and employee benefits, and trusts and estates litigation. AV-rated through Martindale-Hubbell, selected as a Best Lawyer in America in Trusts and Estates, and named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in estate planning and probate, Mr. Nemec frequently presents at various seminars and has been admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
