181 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine C alled upon by the Lord to enter the ministry, Reverend Ronald Morgan commenced his religious career in Dallas, Texas, where he served as an associate pastor at Webb Chapel Baptist Church from 1971 to 1972. He was promoted to pastor soon thereafter, serving in that capacity for 27 fruitful years before relocating to Springhill, Louisiana, where he has been pastor at the First Baptist Church since 1999. Guiding members of his church toward spiritual enlightenment, he holds an Associate Degree in Divinity from the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Texas. Reverend Morgan is the former Moderator of the Baptist Missionary Association of America, the Baptist Missionary Association of Louisiana and the Baptist Missionary Association of Springhill. Since entering the ministry, he has engaged in mission trips to Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Philippines and Russia, and has preached in 23 states in the U.S. He has also delivered sermons in Athens, Rome and Moscow, as well as numerous sites while touring the Holy Land. Reverend Morgan was the recipient of the 2005 Keller Award from the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary. He has been highlighted in several Who’s Who publications since 1990.
