10 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine D rawing upon a BArch from Princeton University and MArch from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Lloyd Harvey Siegel has worn many hats throughout his career, including as an architect, real estate developer, consultant and photographer. The current principal owner of L.H.S. Consultant in Health Planning, Facility Design & Management in Washington, D.C., since 1976, he previously acted in many executive roles throughout New York City, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Commencing his career in 1955, he has accrued 64 fruitful years in the field. Mr. Siegel is a registered architect in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. Demonstrating versatility, his photography has been on display in permanent collections in the Museum of Modern Art and Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. A fellow of the American Institute of Architects, he was the recipient of the President’s Award from the National Institute of Building Sciences, the Bronx and Queens Chamber of Commerce Awards, and the Presidential Federal Design Achievement Award. Impressively, he was listed in several Who’s Who publications and was named a Top Executive in 2019. LLOYD HARVEY SIEGEL PRINCIPAL OWNER L.H.S. Consultant in Health Planning, Facility Design & Management Washington, DC R onn Ginn was inspired to enter the field of architecture by his father, who enjoyed the profession immensely. Since 1961, he has run an architectural firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he focuses on landscaping, construction and environmental planning. A registered architect through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, he is also a certified building inspector, general contractor and building official. He has held a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida since 1960 and 1961, respectively. During his career, Mr. Ginn has designed blueprints for the Latorre Chiropractic Clinic, the Tugaloo Environmental Education Center, the Johnnie Ruth Clarke Health Center, the Anchor Bank office building and the Lighthouse Harbor Marina, among other notable facilities. He was the lead architect on the Congregation B’nai Israel synagogue in Clearwater, Florida, as well as the Treasure Island and Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce. The recipient of several accolades and honors in recognition of his architectural skills, Mr. Ginn holds a national design patent and is featured in multiple Who’s Who publications.
