67 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine EDUCATION Because of her environmental passion, she works with Ambassador Dr. Mahmoud Hassouna on World Peace Forest (Africa) in Egypt. The U.S. regional director for Africa Nomads Conservation (founded by Kenyan Noor Santosian), she was recognized by Power Magazine, T.I.P Magazine, “Inspirational Woman Magazine,” “Women of Distinction” Magazine, and two Egyptian magazines and two newspapers. She has received honors from IAW (formerly NAPW), IAOTP, Continental Who’s Who, Strathmore’s Who’s Who, International Association of Who’s Who, International Society of Business Leaders, and Worldwide Branding in addition to nine radio interviews and two YouTube video interviews. Education is Ms. Ward’s top priority. She was a pioneer in creating West Virginia’s 1970s gifted program and taught high school language arts in rural and inner city schools. During Egypt’s revolution, she opened two English centers, which later closed due to Egypt’s economy. Since retiring, Ms. Ward has written two motivational poetry books, children/adult short story anthologies, and a novel, “Random Wanderings,”which she plans topublish soon. She is working on the sequel “Wandering No More,” as well as her blogs and YouTube videos. Being the chief editor/writer for an online magazine “Morocco Pens” (founded by Ayoub Elkadi), she encourages non-native English writers to submit their works in English. She has won awards for one children’s short story and one poem. Her adult story, “Isabella’s Undying Love,” is included in the anthology “A Cup of Love.” Mrs. Ward enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and her dog, Savannah, taking photos, fitness training, reading and meeting new people. Her 5,000 Facebook friends in 51 countries provide interesting cultural experiences. An eternal student as well as a teacher, she constantly searches for new information to learn. P ursuing life by the motto, “Believe! Don’t dream big; dream bigger,” Randi D. Ward, a retired veteran teacher, has traveled to 60 countries, where she taught young adults in the English language. She has created 140 blogs and published her memoir “Because I Believed in Me (My Egyptian Fantasy Came True).” An avid animal activist, she recently traveled to Africa and connected with Lion Encounter in Zimbabwe and Emdoneni Lodge Cat Project in Swaziland.
