92 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine A n immigrant from Germany, Mario Eisenbacher grew up as a dependent of the United States Army. During his time in the military, he focused his efforts on education while moving among military bases. Boasting an interest in engineering and physics, he attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he received a BS in aeronautical engineering in 1969. From there, he served as an engineer for Westinghouse Electric Company LLC for the following 16 years. During his tenure with this company, he was introduced to the power industry, which set the foundation for the remainder of his career. In addition, he simultaneously served as an engineer with the United States General Services Administration between 1976 and 1980. A recipient of an MBA fromWidener University, Mr. Eisenbacher has been the vice president of engineering at HMS since 1995. He is a certified professional engineer. His work style can be described as organized and structured, but also flexible. Alongside his career endeavors, he has contributed his expertise to written publications, including two books on the basic programming language for specific computers, “Programming Your Commodore 64 in BASIC” and “Programming Your Timex/ Sinclair 1000 in BASIC.” Equally interested in mysticism and metaphysics, he penned “The Wizard’s Handbook” in 2011. His books can be purchased on Amazon. A member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Mr. Eisenbacher intends on focusing more in writing and traveling in the near future. The proud father of one daughter and grandfather of two granddaughters, he enjoys attending the theater, practicing tai chi, and maintaining his health in his spare time. He has always focused on raising a family and helping them achieve success. Looking forward, he would also like to revisit his heritage and share that experience with his grandchildren.
