Since 2012, Mr. Lau has been a managing partner at Clark Lau LLC in Cambridge, Massachusetts, having previously served Flynn & Clark PC, Tilton & Whipple PC (now known as Fletcher Tilton PC), and Fallon, Bixby & Cheng (now known as Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee). Since 2017, Mr. Lau has been vice chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s liaison committee with the U.S. Department of Labor. Additionally, between 2012 and 2017, he was an adjunct faculty member of New England Law Boston, where he pioneered the business- immigration law curriculum. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science, cum laude, from Yale University, Master of Arts in higher education administration from Boston College and JD from the Boston College Law School.
