Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine Drawing upon a BS from the New York Institute of Technology and JD from the Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Rikon obtained a LLM from New York University in 1974. He was admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, as well as before the Southern and Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court; the Second, Fifth and 11th Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals; and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Rikon is a frequent lecturer on eminent domain law and has contributed articles to esteemed legal journals. He is a regular contributor to the blog “Bulldozers at Your Doorstep” and to “The New York Law Journal.” He is further a New York State-designated eminent domain attorney for the Owners’ Council of America, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a CRE by the Counselors of Real Estate. He maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association on their condemnation committee, New York Bar Association on their condemnation law special committee and New York City Bar Association on their condemnation committee.
