He was admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, as well as before the Southern and Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court; the Second, Fifth and 11th Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals; and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Rikon is a frequent lecturer on eminent domain law and has contributed articles to esteemed legal journals.
