54 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine BUSINESS SERVICES, CONSULTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES R obert Kam Kamerschen has been in the business world his entire life and career. He is currently the chairman and co-owner of Healtheo360 LLC and has been a private investor in strategic advancement for the Dimac Marketing Corporation since 2002. Mr. Kamerschen has also held high positions throughout the years at companies such as Survey Sampling International, ADVO, Inc., Six Flags Entertainment, Inc., the Marketing Corporation of America, Norton Simon Inc., Max Factor & Co., Christian Dior Parfums, Inc., Dunkin’ Donuts, Inc., Revlon, Inc. and Scott Paper Company. Mr. Kamerschen has enjoyed business his whole life because he heard about it from his father from a very young age. His father gave him the advice to focus on sales first because “nothing happens until revenue comes through the door.” Mr. Kamerschen says his greatest career highlight was working with ADVO. Over a 10-year span, Mr. Kamerschen brought the company back from bankruptcy in three phases. He urges fellow members of the industry to not let failure stop them, and he believes that failure is a very valuable lesson in life. Before taking off in the business world, Mr. Kamerschen attended Miami University inOxford, Ohio, and graduated in 1957with a Bachelor of Science. The following year, he obtained a Master of Business Administration, also from Miami University. His first job out of college was at the National Cash Register in Gary, Indiana, as an executive sales trainee. Aside from his experience in the business industry, Mr. Kamerschen has also been a member of 21 public boards, 32 private boards, and a board director at Playboy Enterprises, Linens ‘n Things, IMS Health Inc. and RadioShack, among others. He was also a lecturer at the University of Georgia from 1979 to 1981. Mr. Kamerschen has been a trustee of multiple colleges and universities, including the University of Hartford, Columbia College, Emerson College, and the Wadsworth AtheneumMuseum of Art in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Kamerschen’s hobbies include sports, art, wine collecting and exercise. He works with a trainer twice a week to balance his mind and body, as the Greeks were said to do some 1,000 years ago.
