305 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine M ichael D. Juhola is a coveted attorney with 39 years of experience. Interested in law from an early age, he attended Hiram College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1977. From there, he received a JD from the Ohio State University in 1980 and was admitted to practice law by the Ohio State Bar, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Commencing his career as an assistant director of the Ohio Legal Center Institute in 1980, a role he held for eight years, Mr. Juhola went on to serve as a staff attorney for Smith, Clark & Holzapfel. From 1989 to 1991, he was executive director of the Ohio Division of the Professional Education System. Since 1991, he has served as a private practice attorney. Affiliated with the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, Mr. Juhola received an Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service from the Columbus Bar Foundation. However, he is most proud of starting his guardianship. He possesses a knack for handling difficult cases and calming families in hard times. ATTORNEY Juhola Law Worthington, OH G ary O. Concoff is an accomplished attorney who currently practices as a motion pictures and television lawyer with financial emphasis. Having had widespread experience in the negotiation, documentation and structuring of transactions with the production and distribution of motion pictures and television, he is an expert in the financial facets of the industry, including equity investments and lending. Named “Outstanding Practitioner of the Year” by an entity of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, he is also rated A/V preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and holds a 10.0 Superb rating by Avvo. Mr. Concoff was the lead copyright and secured transactions counsel for the appellant in In re National Peregrine, Inc., et al. v. Capital Federal Savings (11 UCC Rep. Serv.2d 1025). Winning the case, he continued the standard for the industry, which continues to practice under the influence of the case. Alongside his legal career, he also served as an adjunct professor at the UCLA School of Law, teaching a course titled “Motion Picture Transactions.” Drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from UCLA, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Harvard Law School.
