Notably, he holds the distinction of credentials collaborative professional. Recently, he authored the book “The Texas Divorce Guide” to aid couples who are contemplating divorce. The author of numerous other publications, he has also contributed more than 40 peer- reviewed articles and is the current editor of the Collaborative Divorce Texas monthly newsletter. Notably, he earned a Writing Award for the Best Featured Article in Texas in 2013 and Best Series of Law Articles in 2019. The proud father of two children, Inga and Brita, and grandfather of two grandchildren, Nicholas and Anika, Dr. Munsinger enjoys playing bridge, sailing, running, reading, swimming, cooking and visiting museums in his spare time. H arry L. Munsinger is an accomplished attorney and past psychologist who has amassed more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry. A former of counsel with Bretton & Hall in San Antonio from 2008 to 2012, he has been serving as an attorney and owner of the Law Office of Harry L. Munsinger in San Antonio since 2012. In his position, he specializes in collaborative divorce and estate law, and has extensive experience as an expert witness. Previously, Dr. Munsinger dealt primarily with family law, probate matters and disputes involving wills and trusts. Dr. Munsinger holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Berkeley, PhD in experimental and clinical psychology from the University of Oregon and JD fromDuke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duke Law Journal. Serving as a postdoctoral fellow at Yale University, he has also lent his expertise to the University of Texas School of Law in Austin and St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio as an adjunct professor of law.
