304 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine F rom a young age, E. John Buzza, JD, had a desire to assist community members and organizations with solving legal problems. An alumnus of Marquette University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts and JD in 1967 and 1969, respectively. He was then admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. A partner of Buzza Dreier & Johnson LLC in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, for many decades, Mr. Buzza’s practice has centered on business formations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and personal estate planning. Civically involved as well, Mr. Buzza is an emeritus director and past president of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Foundation and the Green Circle Trail. He is a past president of the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin and Pacelli High School Educational Foundation, among other organizations. In light of his outstanding contributions to law, Mr. Buzza was inducted into Lawyers of Distinction and was the recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
